The lesson plan can be spaced out over several sessions or could be used to create a topic focus for one full day.

By the end of the lesson, ākonga will be able to:

  • Explain the importance of being kind and respectful online.
  • Describe how our words and actions online might make other people feel
  • Identify how to get and give help if something unkind is happening online.

The lesson plan includes class activities and discussion topics, plus the option to share the 'Take It Home' resource that supports the episode.
